Aurea Lane specializes in made-to-order and custom jewelry crafted from solid gold, natural diamonds, and gemstones. Due to the bespoke nature of many of our products:

All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Stones may have natural variations in color, shape, or clarity.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions or availability at any time without notice.

4. Ordering and Payment

We accept secure payments through third-party processors such as Stripe, PayPal, and others listed at checkout. When placing an order:

You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Taxes, shipping fees, and applicable import duties (for international customers) are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or abuse is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on whether the product is made-to-order or ready-to-ship.
Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout and via email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes upon arrival.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of many of our pieces:

Custom orders and engraved items are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has started.
For ready-to-ship items, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

7. Product Warranty & Repairs

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship:

We offer a 90-day warranty on all purchases for manufacturing defects.
This does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, loss, or normal wear and tear.
After the warranty period, we offer repair services for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.

All content on this Site—including logos, product images, designs, text, graphics, and branding—is the intellectual property of Aurea Lane and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
