What this actually means
A lifetime warranty sounds simple, but it’s usually not.
In most cases, it’s either full of conditions or vague enough that you don’t really know what’s covered.
Ours is meant to be straightforward.
We take responsibility for how the piece is made — and we stay available to take care of it over time.
What’s included
We cover the things that are part of normal wear and long-term use.
That includes:
- One complimentary resize
- Tightening stones and maintaining prongs
- Cleaning and routine inspection
- Any manufacturing issues
To help you get the right size from the start, we can also send a ring sizing kit at no cost.
That way, resizing often isn’t needed at all.
If adjustments are required later on, resizing is included once.
After that, it can still be done — with a cost depending on the modification.
These are the things that keep a piece wearable.
They’re also the things that tend to come up over time.
What’s not covered
Some things fall outside of that.
- Lost center stones
- Accidental damage
- Excessive wear or misuse
- Repairs done outside of Delafuente
That said, we don’t leave you on your own.
If something happens, we can assess it and quote the repair — so you always know your options before moving forward.
Why this matters
Jewelry isn’t static.
It gets worn daily. It’s exposed to impact, pressure, movement.
Over time, even well-made pieces need maintenance.
That’s normal.
The goal isn’t to avoid that entirely — it’s to make sure the piece can be maintained properly as it’s worn.
How this works in practice
If something needs attention, you just reach out.
We’ll take a look at the piece and let you know what it needs.
From there:
- You send it in (or bring it in, if possible)
- We assess and take care of it
- It gets sent back to you, ready to wear again
There’s no formal “claim” process.
Just a conversation, and then we handle it.
A note on care & LONGEVITY
When you receive your piece, we’ll also guide you on how to take care of it.
Small habits make a difference — especially over time.
Knowing how to wear, store, and clean your jewelry properly helps keep it in its best condition for longer.
Every piece is designed with durability in mind.
That doesn’t mean nothing will ever happen to it.
It means that when something does, it can be addressed correctly.
That’s a big difference.
Not everything is covered.
But everything is taken care of.
