Every piece is designed, produced, and finished with full control over proportions, structure, and durability. From the initial concept to the final polish, each decision is made to ensure consistency, precision, and long-term performance.
Every piece begins in CAD before production, where proportions, stone placement, and structural balance are defined. This ensures the design works not only visually, but over time.
Each piece is developed to be structurally stable, comfortable for daily wear, and visually balanced from every angle. Adjustments are made digitally before anything is produced, reducing error and improving accuracy in the final result.
Each piece follows a controlled, multi-step process, beginning with a wax or 3D printed model that is cast using the lost-wax method. The metal is then cleaned and pre-polished before stones are set by hand.
Final polishing is applied after setting to ensure a consistent finish. Every stage is monitored to maintain consistency in form, weight, and overall quality.
STONE SETTING
All stones are set manually, with each setting adjusted to the exact dimensions of the stone. This ensures proper security, correct alignment, and optimal light performance.
Attention is given to prong thickness, positioning, and pressure to avoid long-term loosening or imbalance, ensuring the piece performs as intended over time.
QUALITY CONTROL
Every piece is inspected before delivery to ensure it meets our standards. Stone security, surface finish, and structural integrity are reviewed as part of the final process.
Each piece is cleaned and prepared for wear before it leaves the workshop, ensuring that it matches the original design intent in both form and performance.
Designs are created in-house and are not outsourced. Production is controlled rather than mass-manufactured, with attention given to consistency at every stage.
Each piece is made with long-term wear and durability in mind, prioritizing structural integrity and execution over volume.
