Production & Delivery

Every Delafuente piece begins long before it reaches you.

Each ring, each detail, is crafted to order — shaped, set, and finished by hand. This process typically takes between two to four weeks, depending on the design. Custom pieces may take longer, as they are made to exist only once.

Once your piece is ready, it is carefully prepared for shipment and entrusted to a fully insured delivery service. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships, and a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure it reaches you safely.

Delivery times begin once your piece has been completed. Most orders arrive within a few business days after shipping, while international deliveries may take longer depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping

We believe something this important should arrive without complication.

Shipping is complimentary on orders above $300 USD. For smaller pieces, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

All shipments are fully insured and handled by trusted carriers. For security reasons, deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will typically make additional attempts or hold the package at a local facility for collection.

International Orders

We ship worldwide.

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processes are outside of our control, but every piece is shipped with the necessary documentation to move through borders as smoothly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that choosing a piece of jewelry is a personal decision.

If something doesn’t feel right, returns and exchanges can be requested within fourteen days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original condition, including all packaging.

Because every piece is made with intention, certain items cannot be returned. This includes custom or personalized designs, pieces made with specific modifications, and final sale items.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a fully insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges follow the same timeline and are subject to availability. The value of your original purchase can be applied toward another piece.

Cancellations & Changes

Because each piece is made to order, requests to cancel or modify an order must be made shortly after purchase.

Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible. If you need to make an adjustment, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.

Care, Repairs & Support

Fine jewelry is meant to be worn, and with time, it may ask for care.

We offer repair, resizing, and maintenance services to ensure your piece continues to feel as it should.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with your order details and images. We will take care of it promptly.
