At Aurea Lane, we take pride in handcrafting meaningful, high-quality jewelry using solid gold, natural diamonds, and gemstones. Your satisfaction matters to us. Because many of our pieces are custom-made, our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and considerate of the craftsmanship involved.

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must meet the conditions listed below.
Please note:
✨ Custom, made-to-order, and engraved items are final sale and non-refundable.
✨ This includes most engagement rings, bespoke gemstone pieces, and personalized pendants or bracelets.
✅ Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

The item must include all original packaging, certificates, and accessories

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

The item must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving return approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If the item was purchased with a discount or promotion, the refund will reflect the discounted amount

Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% in select cases (e.g., special packaging or inspection)

We offer exchanges for eligible items if you need a different size or want to replace the item with another of equal value. Please indicate in your return request that you'd like an exchange, and we will assist you with available options.
