Shipping policy

Every DelaFuente piece is crafted to order — shaped, set, and finished by hand. Production typically takes two to four weeks depending on the design; custom pieces may take longer. An express crafting option is available on select pieces.

Shipping

  • Complimentary insured shipping on orders above $300 USD; for smaller pieces, shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • All shipments are fully insured and handled by trusted carriers.
  • A signature is required upon delivery.
  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your piece ships.

International orders

We ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country; these are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Every piece ships with the documentation needed to move through customs as smoothly as possible.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dannadelaf@gmail.com with your order details and photos, and we will take care of it promptly.
