One complimentary resizing
Getting the right size is part of the process, and if a small adjustment is needed, that’s completely normal.
Your ring includes one complimentary resizing, which can be used within 30 days of delivery.
For engagement rings, this is extended to one year from the date you receive the ring, giving you more flexibility around proposals, timing, and daily wear before making a final adjustment.
If additional resizing is needed after that, it can still be done at a reasonable cost, depending on the adjustment required.
If you're unsure, we can send you a complimentary ring sizing kit before production, helping you get as close as possible from the start and avoid unnecessary adjustments later.
Along with your ring, we include a sizing kit so you can double-check the fit at home. This includes a flexible plastic ring sizer that wraps around your finger and indicates your exact size.
We also include temporary ring adjusters, which can be placed inside the band to improve the fit instantly. Factors like temperature, hydration, and time of day can cause your fingers to fluctuate naturally, so in many cases, using an adjuster is enough and resizing isn’t necessary.
The vast majority of our designs can be resized without issue, and needing a small adjustment is very common.
Certain styles — such as full eternity bands or more complex structures — may have limitations. If a design cannot be resized, it will be clearly noted in the product description before purchase, and we’re always happy to confirm this with you beforehand if needed.
Most rings can be adjusted within a reasonable range (typically 1–2 sizes up or down). For engagement rings, we understand that sizing is often estimated, so we’ll guide you on the best solution if a larger adjustment is needed.
In some cases, this may involve more advanced work or a remake. If that’s required, we’ll walk you through the options and confirm everything with you before proceeding.
If after wearing your ring you decide it needs to be adjusted, we’ll guide you through the process. We’ll help you generate a return shipment label, and your piece will be fully insured during transit.
If anything were to happen during shipping, we handle the process directly to resolve it.
Customers are responsible for shipping the ring back, and we cover the return shipment once the resizing is complete. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location.
Once we receive the ring, resizing typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the adjustment. If any fine adjustments are needed after that, we’ll continue working with you to get the fit right.
We recommend wearing your ring for a few days before deciding on resizing, as finger size can vary slightly throughout the day and with temperature changes. Normal, everyday wear during this period is expected and won’t affect your ability to request resizing.
If you're between sizes, a slightly larger fit with an adjuster is often the most practical solution.
We recommend having any resizing done through us to ensure the piece is handled according to its original construction and specifications. If a ring is resized or modified by another jeweler, it may affect the warranty coverage, as we can no longer guarantee work performed outside our process.
Resizing is built into the process so you have flexibility after receiving your ring, and we’ll work with you to make sure the final fit feels right.
